For deliveries within Dhaka city, we usually complete them within 4 to 24 hours after receiving your order from our website or Facebook page. For areas outside Dhaka city, delivery typically takes 12 to 24 hours. If you’re located outside Dhaka district, delivery will take between 1 to 3 days.

Please note, in case of any natural disasters, political issues, or national emergencies, the delivery process may be delayed. If this happens, we will promptly inform you via phone call, Facebook post, or direct email.

Yes, you will receive an invoice for your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, an invoice will be sent to your registered email address or included with your package. This invoice will contain all the details of your order, including product prices, shipping costs, and payment method.

Yes, refunds are possible. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or received a defective product, you can request a refund within the eligible return period. Simply contact our support team, and after reviewing the condition of the returned product, we will process your refund through your original payment method. Please note, certain conditions may apply for refunds.

For deliveries within Dhaka city, the delivery charge is 70 TK. For orders outside Dhaka district, the delivery charge is 130 TK. Delivery charges will be added to your total at checkout.

Package tracking allows you to monitor the status and location of your order in real-time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or link, which you can use to check the progress of your delivery until it reaches your doorstep. This helps keep you informed and ensures a smooth delivery experience.

Yes, you can change or cancel your order, but only before it has been shipped. To request a change or cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once your order is dispatched, changes or cancellations will not be possible. However, you may still be eligible for returns or refunds depending on our return policy.
